As a CRA registered tax preparer, Ali is authorized to prepare and electronically file tax returns while helping clients understand their filing requirements and CRA correspondence.

Starting a New Chapter in Canada
I came to Canada in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Business, Finance and Marketing. Like many newcomers, I quickly discovered that qualifications alone do not always open doors in a new country.
Instead of waiting for opportunities, I decided to create my own path and continue building my knowledge in the Canadian financial environment.
Developing Practical Accounting Knowledge
I returned to school and completed an accounting degree while developing practical knowledge of Canadian tax, bookkeeping and business accounting.
I also taught myself QuickBooks from the ground up, eventually becoming a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and being listed on Intuit’s official platform.

I built Ghazanfar Professional Services around one simple belief: people deserve honest financial advice explained in plain language.
